blog post, say what?!

Hey, yall! It's been forever. We have been so busy since I last blogged!! I graduated from nursing school, we moved into Chris' dads house.. we are taking over payments.. so its our house! We have been planning things to do to the house, paint, yard work, new bathroom, kitchen.. and the list goes on and on. I never knew having your own house could bring all these exciting things to mind. I get so overwhelmed on what I want to do. We are going to take it one step at a time. Bathroom is the first project. The floor isn't in the best shape so it has to be replace. We are going to strip the whole bathroom and put a whole new one in! So be sure to keep tuned for those pictures!! I will document as we fix up the house and make it our HOME!!! That is so exciting to say. :)

This summer we haven't done to much.. been basically letting the boys have fun!

this was mother's day! we went fishing in missouri, they had a stocked pond. it was a lot of fun..

we visiting Ryan and Kanye a lot this summer. Ryan started 2nd grade on Wednesday! I can't believe my nephew is that old :(

4th of July

Malakhi starts Pre-K on Monday! He starts Kindergarten next year.. I don't even want to think of that! ugh! haha But I can't wait to see what all they both learn this year. They love school.

I took vacation this week. I was off today and I'm off tomorrow.. Spending some time with the boys and getting the house organized. Today, didn't get much organizing done.. I just need a day of laundry and loafing.. :) This weekend we may go to Branson but we haven't decided yet.

This summer my best friend got me hooked on an app.. thanks Daisy! haha Its called pinterest! I love it and I do look at it everyday. Chris always says get off that APP! its sooo adiciting. I did see this on there and guess what I did...

I think it's so cute! I was asking everyone where to find a rake, well turns out there was one down in the storage we have.. it was perfect. I haven't decided if i want to paint it yet. All depends on how i decorate our bedroom.. which is going to be a challenge because Christopher is soooo picky!! grr! Men!

We have a new addition to the family. Her name is Mia. She is so sweet! She loves to cuddle and always be right under your feet.
