weekEND

I'm always excited for the week to END but not for the weekend to END! This work week was something else, we had a few new kids start and of course the ones we have thought they were new kids too, not listening, etc. haha!

The boys had an awesome week at school. They woke up and wanted to go to school each morning, which is awesome for me, because then I don't have to drag them out the door. I snuck in their room at nap time on Tuesday and Wednesday and took a couple of pics of them, they are so peaceful when they sleep.. 

Tuesday night we had some yummy watermelon that I decided to cut up, only had been in my fridge for like a week.. well they boys were so excited and the theme at school this week was watermelons. :)

Wednesday was an eventful day.. I got a text from my Dad on my lunch saying that my step brother and his wife were at the hospital and they were awaiting the arrival of their first baby! The boys already had plans to go to their Great Grandparents, so I took them over there after school and went to the hospital. When I got there she was still pushing, they had a few complications, but I'm happy to say that everything came out good,  and that the baby and mama are healthy! :)

Friday night the boys went to my mom and step dads. They were so excited to see them. Their teachers said that they asked all day, is mom picking us up to take us to Nana & Papas yet? lol 

Well since the boys had plans and Chris had planned a guys night, I got together with my girlfriends. GIRLS NIGHT! :) 

We ordered pizza and went and got some wine, I didn't think I was a wine person because every time I tried wine it wasn't the sweet wine, well we got sweet wine. We picked up a bottle of Moscato and Rosa di Rosa. They both were awesome!! :)

Saturday morning I got up and was ready to go get the boys. I was surprised by the boys when I got there. Malakhi comes up to me and says, "Mom we got you a ring" and my mom said.. well you weren't supposed to tell her.. haha. So Malakhi ran and got my present. They colored it and wrote mom on it! how sweet are my boys!

Here is my ring. My mom knows I'm obsessed with Zebra. I love the fact that they are buttons and its a ring. I love my mama and my boys!! 

Well, girls, I think I've finally perfected my "poof", makes me so happy! I will blog the steps one day and you can see how funny I look in the process. 

I'm not ready for the week to begin, I'm already ready for next weekend. But as for tonight.. its the VMAs with my lover. then sleepy time.
